“Love is the only gold.” ~ Tennyson
We are still so in such awe over Vera and Eugene’s summer Raspberry Plain wedding; we are so thrilled
to be sharing some of their incredibly gorgeous and inspiring moments from their special day!
Lush and fun florals complemented the newlywed’s romantic and elegant attire. Pops of
mint green, ivory lace and gold accents rounded out their wedding design while helping to bring the outdoors in.
The many delicate touches were balanced out by the wedding party’s bold
bouquets and boutonnières; so many textures and pops of unusually fun and colors.
Guests gathered from all over the country to join Vera and Eugene for their sun-filled and
romantic garden ceremony. Raspberry Plain was the perfect venue for the newlyweds because it mixed
their love of historic elegance and the great outdoors.
After their “I dos!” the newlyweds joined their family for a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony;
using a heirloom tea set, they served tea to their parents and grandparents as a
gesture of sincere gratitude and appreciation.
While Vera and Eugene celebrated their tea ceremony, their guests enjoyed an outdoor cocktail
hour overlooking rolling Virginia hills, followed by a refreshing seasonal summer meal and gourmet dessert display.
This perfect couple absolutely deserved the perfect sunset for their portrait session!
We enjoyed every moment working with Vera and Eugene during their wedding planning journey,
we are so grateful to work with such amazing, kind and fun-loving couples.
Finally, here’s a thankful shout out to all of Vera and Eugene’s Raspberry Plain wedding vendors!
